A: Sorry, no. Our vignettes are reserved specifically for professional photographers looking for spaces to enhance their work.
A: Our calendar fills up quickly, so please plan to book about 2-3 months in advance. Please see our Available Sessions [LINK TO ACUITY] to see what dates are available.
A: All your own equipment- anything you need to hold a successful photo shoot!
A: We are full service! We greet your clients, park them and make sure they arrive to your vignette. In addition, we have a restroom on property, changing stations, clothing racks, “in case you forgot” kits for you and your clients, the shoppe that has light snacks and beverages (read: bribes for cooperative children!) You also are invited to our VIP FB Group where you’ll find community amongst other creative professionals.
A: In the event that Mayberry cancels a shoot day, we will offer at least 1 reschedule date option. In the event that you or your client cancel, and the venue is open, you forfeit all payments.
A: No. Photography is our main event. We will block out days for markets, and other events, but if you have booked sessions, those are priority.
A: We have (3) “artists in residence” that will be in the space full time and offer their classes. When not in use by these two makers, we would love to have other makers host their classes and workshops. And, we welcome makers to apply to sell their goods in our Shoppe.
A: We have a candle, soap, and floral company. Any other types of makers are welcome. We want to honor our full-time tenants and will not offer classes in the above three markets as a non-compete.
A: Mayberry Acres is a versatile venue suitable for a range of events, including micro-weddings (under 150 people), corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and more. The scenic backdrop and various spaces make it perfect for crafting unique celebrations.

A: No. Outside of the retail shoppe and makers space, which have consistent business presence , there will not be photo sessions or other major events.
